| World Youth Day was a one-off event in 1984 that Pope John Paul II probably would never have thought would still be going and growing today! Since then the world has seen WYD cross from one corner to the other, and in 2002 it took to Toronto in Canada. Clifton responded once again to the Pope's invitation and delegates from all across our diocese flew with hundreds from the UK to Toronto. But what happened? To answer this question we have prepared a roadshow to tour the deaneries of our diocese. The roadshow will enlighten you about Clifton's experience in Toronto through personal testimonies, an audio-visual presentation, a video taken to show you a pilgrims perspective plus much more. There will be time to talk with members of the group and to see many of the pictures that hold so many memories for us all. Who is the Roadshow for? The Roadshow is for anyone who is interested. We are wanting to share with you what we have experienced. Young and old will find what we have to offer informative on what the Church has to offer for its young people, interesting, amusing and enjoyable to watch. Where is my nearest Roadshow?
