Course Objective:
This course is designed to introduce students to the understanding of basic and fundamental economic concepts and prinicples as they pertain to the science of economics, micro and macroeconomics, international economic concepts and comparative economic systems in order to better understand the world in which we live.  Students will further their understanding of economics through the completion of reflective essays, business plans, stock market analyses, and a portfolio.
