| Alexander Online Publishing Announces Takeover On May 1, 2004, Greg Alexander's Alexander Online publishing announced it's take over of all planning and exit planning for Click4Bucks.Net?, c4bNet Sites and the AnUSales company sites. The plans include all sites owned by Alexander. The announcement comes as a "... new way we do business, ..." say Greg Alexander, " ... and we are not giving up on our plans, we are just restaging our company and it's methods of affiliate publishing." AOP is the managing effort where ProjectAlpha was doing all the work. ProjectAlpha was very successful but had to be renamed and repositioned. |

| Alexander Sites Alexander's Auction is the only site left of 50 for the company (AnUSales) which had 50 sites and domains in 2003. Now Alexander has reorganized all it's business done with affiliate publishing to work on the former Alexander's Auction sites. The AnUSales site will be redone to accomidate all of the new features of Yahoo SiteBuilder and it's tools. Alexander's will sell the new modules it created after the crash of Click4Bucks.Net on September 18, 2003. The loss of the site cost us a fortune but we had to find solutions and the resulting product will be offered to Yahoo SiteBuilder users in 2004 and 2005. Look for ZMenu and it's new exciting tools for Advanced users in both beta and goldmaster additons soon. |

| Greg Alexander has always been the owner of c4bNet Sites and Click4Bucks.Net. The way the system was done is just different. The Alexander Online Publishing (AOPUS) is now the new traffic control for all of Greg Alexander sites including Click4Bucks.Net and c4bNet.com (sites) if they come back at all. AOP is AnUSales publishing and web deployment team at Renton, Washington. |

It's not a platform that is condusive to all our needs as we had defined prior to the 1st releases of YSB, and it looked so good. We like YSB, but did not know how hard it would be to manage for the complex sites we had at the time. It has destroyed all our profits and |
| our entire program one site at a time. We like YSB as we said. We just had to find new and better ways to mange the "too smart ofr it's own pants" software. It's complex and it's costly to choose a product that is not right for the kind of emalls be had at the time. |
