1- Data Backup option
A simple backup option, client can select
source and password protected target folder.
( also option to save in zip format ). That zip file
/ folder only open through password either separately or restore
through backup software. (password protected archives to keep
backup data safe.)
- User can select the time schedule or activate while
the computer on idle position
- User can select to backup of outlook emails and favorites
of IE which can be restore.
- There will be automatic run this microsoft windows
option of WinXP

User can email any selected file / folder of source
folder through one click . If it is folder then Software
will first convert folder in zip file and then email with the
zip file name / time and date. Email will be through either smtp or
DNS.

PROCEDURE : The software first copy the updated
file in the target’s temp folder and then replace outdated file.
So if there is some problem in transferring file then the last file

2- Folder hide (and / or ) password protection
option. ( With encryption will be prefer if possible but not
compulsory )
A very simple and easy to use lock / hide option.
When user click this option, it will open and through
it’s panel, user can either hide (or-and) protect with password
to folders and files.
When user click the option, it will open and
through it’s panel, File Lock should supports multiple users account
ID and show like MSN messenger login panel, each user can lock/hide
folders through his own panel and all hidden folder will be unlock
and visible only through his account.
Either drag and drop or through right click and
select option through which user can send the folder name in the
lock / hide option window from where he can apply hide
or / and password command on folders with separate password for each
folder / file. The folder / file will also not visible in
setup mode.
User can also convert any file / folder in self
extracted exe file with password through right click option.

Through this option, the user can permanent

client could erase selected data too. User can also Delete

6- Windows Start-up Manager
A simple software which could show the full list
of Startup and services [the two last option page
which is " startup" and "services ." ( after hide
Microsoft services) ] from " Windows Configuration
Utility " . (Windows Configuration Utility is a Microsoft
windows option which appear when run the command "
msconfig " in windows. )
Many people dont know or always forget this simple
command So through it’s page they can uncheck the program it
will not start automatically when Windows starts.
In the other page which will show the current
application run, client can kill the process from here... ( it
is the same procedure which is apply while " Ctrl + Alt + Del"
in Process page where there are options to " End
Process"
This small free program. is good example
but I have notice that although there are lot of options but
not bringing the same long list which Windows startup manager bring.
Second , to un-check the program for disable is more better and
easy way . My software will be more simple then it.

Free-Spam-Manager for Outlook Express / Outlook ( clone of Qurb.com)
A software will make a "Junk mail" folder in the Outlook express
/ Outlook on the time of installation , If the Sender email
address is not in the address book , His email will move to junk mail box
and a automatic email will go to him and ask that if you want to
move your email in person’s inbox , please reply it without any changes
in subject. if the person reply the email send by software , his original
email will automatic move to inbox and also his email address will
add in the address book , the software automated reply email will delete.
Five days old email will automatic move to " Deleted Items" (trash
can) folder of outlook / express.
PROCEDURE: When the software will reply the email for authentication,
it will add a number in the subject also mark / write the same number in
the lower-left side in email text to it’s original email. When successfully
reply, software will check / compare the number and if match
then will move that number email to inbox. But if it is already 5 days late
and moved to " Deleted Items" ( trash folder) then software will move
that message to inbox. The system assign the number in this format .

Email address of all sending mail will automatic add
in the address book. (this option is already in the outlook / out look
express ... just need to check it first time while installing and
option to check / enable always automatic).
- There will be option, through enable, the read conformation will

the last of every email which the client will send through his
outlook ( similar like hotmail or yahoo). These message will also updated
from the website and download the list of messages , which will add in sequence
wise. Administrator will have a section in the website for particular
these messages , and can write number of messages in it . Aprox. 10 which
will save in the client outlook and attached one by one .
- User can select backup of outlook emails, address book and
favorites in password protector zip file which can be restore in
any computer through software or individual after apply password. The back
could be active by time schedule or on computer idle position.
