EVER AFTER
This picture brings back fond memories of that special day at Shangri-La Hotel last year. It was just a nice ending to the 2 years of bond that brought the whole class together. 2 years that changed our lives so dramatically. I must say I also realised I changed a lot in these 2 years. You people must have heard all about me from the days I was in Chinese High from Kok Chuan, Kim Chong or Puay Han.
Anyway, it was a grand occassion for everyone present. I didn't expect it to be so but nevertheless I think at least I wore something appropriate. (What about Neiliang???) Arriving at the hotel, I was rather surprised to see everyone dressed to the occassion. I didn't quite imagine some of the guys spending tons of money on their hair too. Well, it was quite an experience for me.
Then of course we people started to gather and enter the ballroom. I heard someone saying that we were able to get such good seats in the ballroom because we ordered the tables together with the 25th SC. The food served that day wasn't up to expectation, although considering that it was Shangri-La and that we had free flow of drinks, it was rather worth it.
But of course the highlight of the day was the announcement that WE, 98S35 won the Best Academic Class award and the Best CT overall. When Jane told our table that we were winning that award, we couldn't quite believe it. Then the moment arrive. Kim Chong had the hounour to go up the stage and receive the trophy. He was still jokingly saying why of all people, he was the one representing us for the Best Academic CT award.
After the whole dinner, which included Cheng Huann going up on stage to stick his..... tongue out, it was of course photo session time. And here are some of the photos we took
