Meeting February 9th 8pm. This will be at a new location for us. Great Lakes Piano
26800 Lorain Rd. North Olmsted, OH  (close to the Great Northern Mall)
Pre-Dinner 6:30 at "Ruby Tuesday" next door to Great Lakes Piano.

The Technical: will be "the business of running your business" presented by Brian Wildman. With the assistance of his colleague Ron Jackson, the program will include tools such as which business registration is right for you, possible tax planning strategies and retirement planning for your business.

In other news ........ Another successful Winter party has come and gone. A big round of applause for our host Bob Russell and Deb as well as chefs Christine and Craig Bergantino .

This was John's first (of many I hope) technical and a double header covering both glues and upright regulation. John is well versed on both topics and has a talent for instruction.

MINUTES - January  12, 2004 Meeting of Chapter  #441 Piano Technicians  Guild  Cleveland.  Called  to order at  8:15 p.m.
ATTENDANCE    14  members
TREASURERS   Report  None
Technical COMMITTEE:    Bill  Wildman  is  doing  the  February  Technical .  The subject  is  the  business  of  being  in business
CORRESPONDENCE :   PTG  dues  must  be  received  by  January  31,  2004.  Delinquent  after  that  date.
OLD  Business:  Christmas  party, Thirty  people attended  and a good  time  was had by all.  Thanks to Bob Russell  for hosting  it.
NEW  Business   Franz Mohr,  former  head  technician  at Steinway  will be at Graves  Piano in Columbus  on January  20, 2004
at 3:30 p.m.  for  a technical  session.  Those  interested  should check  their  e-mail  for  further  details.

Columbus Outing: Some of our chapter took some time off to go see Franz Mohr at the Columbus PTG chapter meeting.  Ask Jim Barron, Don Bratton, Greg Newell, and Gerry Paluck about it.
