Why? The Texans need a Francise quarterback. There aren't any Francise quarterbacks in the Free Agency, so they draft one who could turn out to be something great.
Comments: Great arm and a great kid who is very productive. He has a very quick, semi-sidearm delivery, which is a little bit quirky and causes him to release the ball much lower than scouts would like. His mobility is slightly above average, but not exceptional. His only weakness is his decision making.
