Photo Submission Information

If you'd like to submit a photo to Cleo's Memorial Gallery or Funny
Feline Fotos,  we ask that you please follow these e-mail guidelines:

• Please send the photo only in jpeg (.jpg) or .gif format.

• Please do NOT send a photo larger than absolute max. 20k in file size, and preferably much smaller!! To decrease your file size, open it into a graphics/photo editing program and decrease the amount of colors in the photo, crop/resize the photo to a smaller viewable area, or use a good .gif / .jpg file compression program.

• Send the photo as an attachment to your e-mail, not as an inline graphic.

• Include in the first part of your e-mail body: Your pet's name and date of passing / disappearance / entry into a critical care facility (if you do not know the specific date, a month and year or just the year will suffice).

• Also include in the e-mail body: A short paragraph or comment that you would like to have appear below your pet's photo.

• If you wish, you can provide us with your real name (first name alone is fine! Otherwise we'll initialize your last name to maintain your privacy) so that we may personalize our e-mail to you when we confirm your photo has been added to the Gallery.

• If you have a website, you're welcome to provide us with the URL and site name. We'll be more than happy to add it under your pet's photo so others may visit your site.

NOTE: We will try to get your photo on our site as quickly as possible, but please be patient, as it may take up to a week depending upon time constraints. Be assured I will email you as soon as we put your pet's photo online!

Privacy Notice:  Note that we do not under any circumstances share any of our submittors' information to anyone.  You can be assured that your information stays with us and is only used by us to send email back to you to announce when your photo is placed on Cleo's site.
