His sister, Elizabeth removed from Boston to Barnstable in 1644, and married the same year, Samuel, son of Rev. John Lothrop; he appears to be allied to the Scudders of Salem; who removed to Long Island, about 1650; he resided at Barnstable until his health; his house was near that of the late Joshua Thayer.
