The following pictures show Tamiya's replica of the Loctite Nissan Skyline GTR that competed in the 1995 All-Japan N1 Endurance Series. This was the first Skyline body I bought, the first of many, I hope. Initially bought with the intention of using it for racing (it looked pretty cool down at the local track rounding the corners), I finally decided to keep it nice and new and use a cheap bodyshell instead. I'm sure you can see why. Tamiya makes the most excellent bodyshells around.
This bodyshell was completely painted using Tamiya Polycarbonate paints for accurate color matching. I used normal model paint to paint the adjustable rear spoiler. The body was painted white while I used smoke for the windows. To obtain the most accurate look, I obtained matching Tamiya 5-spoke rims.
