Unallowable Content
The following post content is not permissible here at Myth-Weavers and may result in an automatic, permanent ban.
No Illegal Content: No illegal content, or instructions relating to how to obtain said content. This includes copyrighted book materials and software.
No Sexually Explicit Content: Nothing pornographic or explicitly sexual will be tolerated. This site is not just for old fogeys, so keep it "PG," "PG-13" at very most.
No Excessive Profanity: Like above, keep it PG. There is a mild filter in place, but we prefer to trust the maturity and prudence of the members to control their use of profanity in and out of character. Deliberately typing alterations on profanities to avoid the filter is immature, and also not allowed.
No Illicit-Drug-Related Material: No discussion/description of real illicit drugs, even in game.
Gambling or Casino-Related Activities: You can describe such things in-game, but don't actually do any sort of gambling on the site.
No Excessive Advertising: Linking to or talking about the latest RPG products or mentioning neat RPG resources is allowed, within reason. Deliberately trying to garner sales or traffic for another site is not.
No Spamming: Spamming means repeatedly making posts or sending messages with insignificant relevant content, conducted on some other sites for the purposes of increasing post count or advertising. Not allowed here.
No "Leet": As a story-based medium, play-by-post gaming generally needs to meet some basic level of communication-capability in the form of accessible language to work. So, please do not make excessive use of abbreviations or character-symbol-replacements, commonly associated with instant-messaging and "leet."
