Welcome all to the "Submit a Website" section of the "Viewer's Choice" area of SMR. This is the part of the site where YOU,the user,can submit an anonymous website to be reviewed by other users who are interested in reviewing. Of course,with priveledges such as this,comes rules. You MUST read these submission rules before submitting your anonymous site. How else will you know what we are looking for? After you read the rules,you may submit your anonymous site,IF and only IF it qualifies.
1.]The site must almost or fully completed! Any site that has an "Under Construction" sign or "Hiatus" sign on it will be immediately thrown out. Any update that says the site is on "Hiatus" or that is "Under Construction" will also be immediately thrown out. Please don't waste our times. It is one thing if a webmaster immediately puts up a sign right after you submit and it is another to give us a site that has been under contruction! Again,please don't do it.
2.]Please do NOT gives us your own site to be reviewed by the user. The point of this section is to submit an ANONYMOUS website. Your site is technically not considered anonymous. There is a place at SMR for you to submit your own site,this section,however,isn't that section. In the submission form,we will ask you what your username/alias/or name that you go by online(not your real name) is. Please give us one. Do not give us a name you made up in three seconds. Do not give us a name no one calls you. If you are suspected of lying,your site will be immediately thrown out. Why don't we want your site? First of all,this is an anonymous area of SMR and second,there is already a section for you to submit your own site. Please do not submit your own site.
3.]Please do not give us your friend's site. This is also considered technically "not-anonymous." Again,this is an anonymous area of SMR. Sailoruranus will search the site and if she notices the webmaster mentioning your name or email,the site will be immediately thrown out and the chances of it ever being posted for review will be minimal. Basically,SailorUranus of SMR would like you to scope out a site through any search engine(yahoo,excite,infoseek,dogpile,askjeeves). If it looks not good,ok,low,good,moderate,great,or even awesome,submit it to us. However,if it looks ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE(a disgrace),do not submit it to us. An absolutely horrible site would be a site made on homestead or expages.(yes,we do make some exceptions but most sites made on expages or homestead will be thrown out. Hey,if you think it will be posted,who am I to complain?) If it crashes your computer,please do not send it to us either. If you send us a site that crashes the computer,we will ban you from the site! No questions asked. There is no excuse to send us a site that crashes the computer.
4.]Please do not send us a site that has a lot of cursing in it. Children also view this website and the staff here at SMR do not want to corrupt them in anyway,shape,or form. If there is a curse in the site's content,the website will be immediately thrown out and it will not be posted up for review.
5.]Pornography of ANY KIND WILL NOT BE TOLERATED! Do not send us a pornagraphic site,for if you do,you will be banned from the site immediately. I shouldn't have to stress this,you should KNOW!
6.]The only type of sites you may send us are anime sites. Please do not send us a weblog about the person's site. Do not send us a weblog where the layout if of an anime character. We want an ANIME website. A site on Sailormoon is an anime website. A site on Evangelion is an anime website. Heck,a Gundam Wing website is an anime site. The site must be on a character in a certain series,or a minor character in a certain series,or a group of characters in a certain series,or an animal in a certain series,or merchandise from a certain series. Fanfic websites will not be accepted unless there is information to back up the fanfic. For example,if a person wrote a fanfic on Sailormoon,than there has to be information on the sailormoon series. Not only that,maybe some pictures to go along with it(it doesn't have to have pictures,though I'm not sure it will get good reviews if it doesn't have some sort of picture)? Please give us a site that has something in it that makes the topic obvious. Do not give us a website with just a bunch of writing on it. Even a title typed in h1 size saying "SAILORMOON ROCKS" will be ok.
7.]The site doesn't have to be too organized,but it does have to have stuff on it. Information is definitely something that SailorUranus looks for in an anonymously submitted site.
8.]Not all websites will be posted in the section. Many sites may be rejected. This section belongs to SailorUranus,therefore,she reserves the right to reject any websites submitted by the users. Please do not email us complaining that a site you submitted to us was not posted. If it doesn't show up in this area within two months,chances are,it got rejected. Deal with it. Please do not submit the same site over and over again. If you keeping sending us the same site,chances are you will be banned from the site altogether. This is a priveledge,do not abuse it!
9.]If your site is accepted,you will be sent a confirmation. Do not reply to the confirmation. However,if a Mailer Daemon comes up in Sailor Uranus' inbox saying that the email doesn't exist,the site will also not exist on SMR for very long. Please give us your correct email!
10.]You may submit as many websites as you want. Some may get accepted,some may get rejected. Make sure they are anonymous.
11.]Please do not email SailorUranus asking if she has gotten to your website yet. Things take time. Besides,you won't know if she has gotten to it or not. If you get a confirmation,you will know that she has gotten to it and you will also know that it will be posted. If you email SailorUranus asking if she has gotten to the website you submitted,she will go out of her way just to delete the email you submitted. Basically,once you submit a site,THAT'S IT! You are free to go. No contact with SailorUranus or any of the site's staff is required in this operation.
12.]If you have any questions about the site in general,please email [email protected].
13.]If your friend gives you a website,or has a bunch of links on his site,you can send them. However,if the site belongs to your friend,you can't send it in. If you come across a site under a link list on a website that you found from another link list(you went to your friends link list,clicked on a link on his or her link list,came across another site,found a link list,clicked on another link list,ect ect.),you can submit that link aswell. The site just can't belong to anyone you know.
14.]If the submission form does not work for you,than you have send Sailoruranus the answers to all of the questions listed in the email form. Please type out the question. Please call the email "ANONYMOUS WEBSITE SUBMISSION." If you do not name the email "ANONYMOUS WEBSITE SUBMISSION," than it will automatically get deleted,and you will not be notified.
