~FAIRIES~
                     A Poem By Melissa
I watch the faires buzz like fire light     They dance and prance to everyone's delight                                                 Their flapping wings perform a melodrama haze                                   Their blazing beauty leavesus trancelike in a daze                                               They sing a song that's warm and sweet                                                    If you listen closely you can hear the beat                                                      They can grant your wish from time to time                                                     But only if you observe their playful pantomime                                           They watch you from upon a distant tree                                                      You'll never catch them .They got to run free!
Solemn Prayer
                        A Poem By Melissa
A slow dance by the moon's shining light I waited all my life for this one delight          We twirled around and around  More and more enveloped the ground                                   One single moment is bliss in your arms                               I'm so beguiled by your stunning fun charms                   I'll feel like Cinderella once this night must end                     And I find it's my heart I must protect and defend                    As i run out into the cool night air                                               I send up to the heavens my dreams on a solemn prayer
*Heaven's Tears*
                     A Poem By Melissa
I ponder beauty on the by and by         Sitting with wonder and trying not to cry                                                      It's perfection in it's greatest form        Set by nature and left to perform          It's image is as sweet as honey             A betting woman would be spending her money                                           On perfection that traps her there        Instead of wonders that end all her care                                                    I often think I'm alone with my fate     But the heavens weep for what they create
       FOCUSED
                      A Poem By Melissa
I'm focused on ever so lovely a face         Brought to life in my space                                                                                 It has warm and caring eyes                  No thought it could ever disguise                                                                          I once thought it existed in my dreams    But all those possibilities are lost it seems
        Yet So Bold
                          A Poem By Melissa
I am hungry I need to fill this fire                 So I ask you, "Are you for hire?"                 I take you to my mouth's inner harbor, my island sound                                                 Like as if you were lost and then found         My temperature is on an upward rise            And I can no longer hide behind my veils of disguise                                                        My hands reach up to find solid ground and a steady hold                                                Seeming so  unsure yet so bold!
WORDS
              A Poem by Melissa
Beautiful words have been spoken      They were given to me as a kind token                                                 They go unparrelled and unchallenged in their simplistic beauty                                               The song and verse of those heartfelt lines do their supreme duty                They loll me into an ecstatic state       I wish for pennines rolled from fate   I wish that I weren't quite so wise      And I try to keep the tear drops from my eyes                                             As I shuffle on the world just passes   Unfocused and lost without lenses for glasses!
