I miss you so bad And all the talks that we had You taught me to have no fear And that love's price is alway's dear You showed me the gift of light Now I search for the greatest height I look for the beauty in all that I meet For I find it intriguing to find and greet I have hidden my feelings for a long, long time Now it's time for my heart to find it's true rhyme I know when to fear and when to not It's something once learned and then forgot You showed me how not to be insecure And that if I loved it could endure I was the student and you were the master Leaving my love grow faster and faster You seemed to know all along Where love should be placed and where it does belong I hath learned alot from you my dearest friend And if you let me I'll be yours' for this love endures till death's end. |

THE HUNT |

A Poem by Melissa |

|
I feel like a lone wolf is hunting me down He's chasing me with a fierce hunger from town to town He stalks me with a strange slyness As if to put me in duress He is quick and cunning Wise and stunning His brillance out shines all And his bellowing howl is a haunting call The lone wolf stalks me still And my fear just seems to thrill Is he beast of burden's precious priest ? Or an innocent seeking his first devine feast? Every time I look at that glowing moon I know that the lone wolf who hunts me will be coming soon! |

In every century there is one the true one He or she stands out big and bright Their beacon flames out against the night And so we search night after night Looking, seeking, inquiring every last person Are you the true one? They maybe a neighbor, stranger, or a friend's son And yet we will seek out the true one |

I am the true blade master I wreck havoc and cause disaster I draw my sword I'm ready to fight When will mortal man see the light ? I am the true warrior maiden That comes from the god's secret lost Aden I've learned to weild my sword, to slash, and slice And if you desert me I'll cut you in thrice And as I hack away at man's fatal heart I seek a new vengance a fresh start The years have made me grow old and jaded I'll never see this list of things abated For if one true warrior shall ever be The answer hath been given it will always be me! |
