THE HUNTRESS
~A Poem by Melissa~
The possibilities in an endless space                    Are drawn wide and set into an open case           I may entrap you if I can                                    Watch your step modern man                             I'm just a huntress I sight the sun                       Of each man's worth and troubles run                I search the world with endless pace                   To spool the thread that entwines the lace
<LOVE>
        A Poem by Melissa
Love is for the lucky or so they say                                           I want it at any cost no matter what price I pay                       They say it sets deep into your heart right down to your soul    I need it! I want it! To fill this blackened hole                         I want loves luster in everyway To have and to hold for every day!
PAIN
A Poem by Melissa
Why do you seek to hurt me? Why have you inflicted this pain?                                              Your hateful ways have caused me my greatest shame                                                                Your vengeful acts displease me so                     They make me hurt and make my pain grow       You hide behind your wicked guise                     Just to bring about my end and my demise         But you will not break me, nor take my will         For I am the huntress and you are my kill!
In Aussie Land
A Poem by Melissa
In Aussie land where kangas run                                          I see a strange man glistening in the hot oz sun                      By the languid pool he lounges on by                                       Watching and waiting for you with a careful eye                     He sees the sighte of beauty fair He is stunned all he can do is stop and stare                           The sight of him can make your heart skip a beat               Is theresomething wrong with me or is it the hot ozzie heat     In Aussie land you'll find this strange and mysterious man     If you find him catch and keep him if you can!
~I AM THE MOON YOU ARE THE SUN~
A Poem by Melissa
You are like the sun while I am like the moon   You live in the land of fire and light. While I live in the land of darkness and endless gloom.  We chase each other you and I .You in the day and I in the night                                              We try to find each other; so we keep up this quest, this one sacred fight!                               We both know where we should belong              Yet we keep up our haunting song                     We are seperated by each cycles pass                 But I want to break through to the other side of the glass                                                           When we eclipse our union will be one              For then our time will have come !
THE FRUITS OF TIME
             ~A Poem by Melissa~
Traveling past the fruits of time I see things of sainted legend of distant  rhyme                           As the sands fall down the hour glass                                        I do not yet know what has come to pass                            I fall through this void in space Through a distant yet open place                                       I do not know where to stop       Even if I did I would not end up on top                        Travelling ever deeper still         With all my might and with all my will                                    I find no end to the mysteries of time                                   Even if i did it would not be as sublime
~Distanced by the Fates~
          A  POEM  BY  MELISSA
Distanced apart from you by unending miles of length          I want to be held by your limitless strength                      Are we alone or are we together?                                  Or are we distanced by this strange unsettling weather ?      We search for each in this unending maze                         You fill my senses with a new found craze                              Oh why have the fates distanced us apart?                   Are they just too dumb or ever so smart?
