The next day - 1PM

"Go away!" Hayden yelled, punching his pillow and trying to fall asleep again. His alarm hadn't even sounded and already someone was banging on his door. They had had an all night shoot that wrapped at 7am and Hayden was trying to catch an afternoon nap but it didn't seem to be working out too well. He'd been trying to call Cara all day since he hadn't been able to talk with her last night- but he kept getting her voicemail.

*Bang* *Bang* *Bang*

Hayden jumped out of bed to walk over to the hotel door.

"Sienna, I'm sick of your shit!" he yelled throwing open the door.

Tove was standing there.

"What's going on?!" Hayden asked, still a perturbed, but glad to see Tove standing there as opposed to Sienna.

"Man, we've got problems," Tove said. "...let me rephrase that, YOU have problems."

"What? What is it?" Hayden asked, rubbing his eyes and sitting back down on the bed.

Tove threw a magazine at him. "Look at that, just came out on newsstands."

"Oh Tove, calm the hell down...its a tabloid...who cares? nobody reads that crap anyway," Hayden said.

"Turn to page 23," Tove said. "You won't have to read anything."

Hayden looked at him, confused and turned to that page.

There it was, in full color, plastered on almost half the page. A photo of Sienna and Hayden, kissing on the steps of the Toronto Town Hall - from the afternoon before. The headline read: Sienna and Hayden - Round 2!

"What the fuck is this?!" Hayden yelled.

"Yeah, you tell me!" Tove yelled. "What the hell is wrong with you?!"

"Listen, its not how it looks...not by a long shot!" Hayden said, fully awake and alert now.

"Well, Hayden, pictures don't lie, do they?" Tove asked, holding up the photo. Hayden couldn't even look at it, it made him sick.

"She kissed me...in that second, she kissed me outside yesterday and I pulled away from her, that's it."

Tove rolled his eyes, "Okay Hayden, that's fine...but that's not going to explain it all away....especially to the gossip hounds of the world who already know about your history together...and your girlfriend may not be as understanding about it either."

"Oh my god," Hayden said, putting his head in his hands. He jumped over to the phone.

"What are you doing?" Tove asked.

"I'm going to call Cara, I have to catch her before she sees that magazine," Hayden said.

"What are you going to do? Demand that she not look at US Weekly?...That's just perfect, go on, act like a psycho."

Hayden gave Tove a cold glare, "No....I was going to explain what happened....so if she's seen it, she'll know the truth."

"Do you actually think she'll believe that?" Tove asked.

"I hope so....because its the truth," Hayden said.

"Don't be so naive," Tove said.

"What the hell does that mean?" Hayden asked.

"The truth is, Sienna couldn't have gotten that close unless you let her...and that's what Cara is going to see...."

"Tove, that's not fair...I was just sitting out there, smoking and listening to her talk about Jude and then before I know it, she kissed me. That's it...that picture doesn't show anything before or after."

"Exactly....that's why it may be a little difficult for some people to handle," Tove said.

"So what do I do?" Hayden asked.

Tove sighed, "I don't know if there's really anything you can do, bro."
