| Lulu was born December 22, 2005. Lulu's life has been rough! At birth she fell 2 feet into muck and mud, and crawled under our storage building trying to find mama. I had to crawl all the way under to retrieve her, she was shivering, wet and freezing cold. Then at 5 months old a Quarterhorse we had, Libby stepped on her left hind ankle while she was sleeping and broke it. We spent over $400 to save her. We had it set and casted. She doesn't have as much give in the joint as she use to and the vet said she'll definitely get arthritis at an early age, but she should live a long and normal life besides it. Needless to say, the horse, Libby is no longer with us. This goat is very friendly and pregnant with her first kids. ~ The Nosey One ~ |
