Assorted Flashbacks: "KK: Billy Dee could get the first single win against Jonny in wellquite a while. TD: I'd be the King of England the day that happened." "Fly brings him to his feet, and smashes his head into the steel steps. Nic slumps to the ground, but Fly immediately brings him back up from the ground, and this time throws him into the ring barrier. Fly goes back into the ring, and crawls up another ladder. Fly jumps off the ladder, hitting the fallen Nic Totopoulous with a 450 Splash. KK: My god! Fly just killed Nic Totopoulous!" "Lo-Lander, who still holds the chair, turns away to see Fly standing in front of him. Fly dropkicks the chair as it smacks Lo-Lander in the face and causes him to fall out of the ring. Slickster tries a clothesline at Fly but Fly ducks and completes a huge reverse DDT on Slickster. Richard Mennie grabs Fly from behind, but Fly breaks free and headbutts Richard in the forehead as he stumbles out to join his partners. The group of Inside Power retreat back up the rampway.... TD: Jonny Fly has cleared the ring of Inside Power!" "MJ: Jonny must be below the average in the bed. He doesn't stay down!" "JF: As the man spearheading The Dynasty, I have to make a sacrifice to keep my group together. I will, and have made that sacrifice. Ladies and Gentleman, your looking at the new Vice President of TNT Wrestling Productions." TD: THE FLY SWATTER ON CRAK COKAIN! KK: NO!!!!!! Fly drapes his arm over Craks body: 1 2 3! Energy by Sunbeam starts up as the crowd goes insane and the ref hands the World Title to Jonny Fly who cradles it in his armsagain!" The scene fades in backstage in Vice President Jonny Fly's office. Mark Vincent bursts into the door.. MV: Jonny..you gotta see this..quick. Fly gets up out of his seat and follow Mark out of the room and down the hall to where Raygen was attacked. Raygen is slumped motionless against the wall with trainers and doctors around him. Fly moves one out of the way to see the bloodied and beaten Raygen. He takes a step back, before turning away.. JF: Who did this? MV: Who else? Bashed his head with a chair into that wall. He's not even conscious. JF: Payback is in order, Mark. Nobody fucks with a member of The Dynasty. That right this is fighting grounds. It's time to dust off the boots and put these fuckers back in their place. MV: That's what I'm talking about! JF: Next week, their little ride ends.. "M: And of course, the deceased Jonny Fly. His death hit me harder than anyone. Fly was my appointed leader of the company. He's been at my side for almost two years as my best wrestler, and my top man in staff duties. I rewarded him not much more than a month ago with his first chance to take over the company. He performed brilliantly as the head man before this sickening accident. Fly was a 4 Time World Champion, an unprecedented feat, and had 5 World Titles between TNT and UWA, another never done before accomplishment. All that to go along with an Eurasian Strap and the Tag Title he had with Vincent at the time of his death. M: Both of these men were simply great at what they did, and most importantly, had fun doing it. They challenged each other to become better and better, and accomplished that and more. Their leadership abilities have made their group, the group we pay tribute too tonight..The Dynasty..as the benchmark of all stables. It's only right that we honor these two and their accomplishments the right way. The sheet is pulled off the object revealing a large block statue with the carved images of Jonny Fly and Mark Vincent holding up their Tag Team Titles. Illustrated on the belts is the name "The Dynasty: Tag Team Champions." JF: "5 World Titles. Kinda makes you look like little man on the food chain, doesn't it? A guy like me isn't going to care about your win last week, or whenever it was, against Wall2K. A guy like me isn't going to care that "people in the back haven't seen me yet!" Train all you want Q-Ball, train three times a day, watch all the tape you need to, hell, I'll send you my greatest hits and you can do what you want with them. It's not going to matter. I'm that good. I know you've read about me, you've heard about me from your peers, maybe you've even snuck over to TNT to watch me. Believe what they say, believe what you've seen, and then remember this hard truth in the TNT/UWA War... TNT Wrestling owns the best wrestler in the World. Our Equalizer. "The Kid Wonder" Jonny Fly." -Begin Scene- The scene fades in, in a restaurant. The location is unknown, the time is unknown, but the moving around of people being seated and waiters and waitresses rushing from table to table hint to us the restaurant setting. The camera direction swings around and we proceed o follow an L shaped aisle way to it's culmination, a single private booth in a secluded back section of the restaurant. There, at the booth, sits a single man reading a newspaper. The sound of footsteps behind the camera cause the man before us to fold his newspaper and set it down on the table. As the newspaper is moved from the image, were able to identify the man behind it as Jonny Fly. The camera turns around now, in the direction of the approaching footsteps to reveal the figure of one, Nic Hay. Hay walks across the picture, and takes a place across from Fly at the booth. The dialogue begins.. Jonny Fly: Thank you for coming out her to meet with me, I can't tell you how much it means to me that you'd take the time to do this. Nic Hay: Don't worry about it Jonny. If anything, it's good to see you, good to see your doing better than the last time I seen ya. It's been rough. After all I went through.. Fly takes a long, deep, breath. I mean you remember. Nicky and I's problems with Ridder's Cash Loans. My fake death. My involvement in Mill's problem with the Mafia. Then the announcement that my matches had been fixed my entire career. Mills's attack on me. It's been hard. One day you have everything, the next, you can hardly walk, and in the meantime your good name has been trashed..your career..stripped away....it's.... Fly stops, unable to continue. He changes the subject. How has TNT been? Good. You know us, we always get by. We've scaled back on pretty much every level, but it was a smart decision, and it's paid off well. Nic... Fly takes another deep breath, then decides to drop the small talk. I'm a wrestler. I'm always going to be. You can't tell me everything I did was a fake. There's a reason why people copied what I did in the ring. There's a reason why my "unorthodox style" became a part of everyone's arsenal. Fixed matches or not, it still takes me having to kick out of some nasty moves to make everything appear straight on the surface. I've taken all the hits that everyone else has, and I was still standing at the end of those matches. That's something, man. Jonny, I don't want to make judgments, and really, it doesn't matter what I think. It's not me you have anything to prove to. Wrestlers take a lot of pride in what they do, and when they learn of one of them having an unfair advantage, cheating, well..you get the picture. You can prove them wrong, but there's four people out there that you beat for a World Title who are pissed, and they have right to be. Take Big Boss for example, how many times did you block him from a World Title? He ended up leaving TNT without that belt. How do you think he feels knowing the guy that blocked him every time....was a cheat. I had no idea someone was fixing my matches! I believe you. I do. We were all told the story. It was an agreement you made with a drug lord when you lived on the streets, he promised to get you off the streets, and you promised to push his drugs for him. So he paid people off to get you into UWA, then he began fixing your matches and building up your image. Next thing you know, your a household name, and in due time, when he chooses, you have to come back to him and fulfill your end of the bargain, a bargain you had already forgot about. It's believable. What drug dealer wouldn't want someone famous pushing their drugs? Exactly! ..but it's also a very convenient story, Jonny. Fly doesn't respond. You've taken advantage of this company, and some of the wrestlers on this roster. I'm sorry Jonny, but that's how the majority of the people around the company believe. You've been forgotten. I believe you, yes, because it's just a crazy enough story to involve you, but I've never had to wrestle you. I've never been one of the people you beat..by cheating. Everyone always warned you that your outside the ring issues would catch up with you. But in fact, Jonny, they doomed you from the start. But you wouldn't listen. You were Jonny Fly, hell, you were all of our boss. Taken advantage of TNT? No, sir. When times were desperate, everyone always came to me. It was always me that had the connections to bring in real talent, ratings, TV deals, run the shows, and manage the roster. It was my back that carried the load every time. You know what Taiwan is to China? That used to be how people looked at TNT compared to UWA. Who led the change of that image? Who bullied UWA into that fight, then led HIS roster into the battle with them and came out victorious? You don't to need to answer that Nic, you know who it was. You know it was real..and I want a chance to show everyone else it was real..that EVERYTHING was real. Nic leans back, and begins to scratch his chin before responding. So you want to make a comeback, for sure? I don't need money. I don't need air time, I don't need to be put in title hunts, I don't need anything. All I need is my name put on a card, and I promise you this...I'll do the rest. You don't want paid? You just said I took advantage of TNT. I don't need to be paid for using TNT time to fix my reputation. I've earned all the money I need for a lifetime. I just want to do what I love, I just want to be respected again..I just want to feel the crowd behind me...feel the fear of the wrestlers in front of me...I want my life back. Alright Jonny. I'll put you on a show, but from there, it's all on you. I'm making you no promises, I'm giving you no protection, I'm doing nothing. Hell, if you prove to be half decent, I can't even promise you a full time gig. We'll take it one match at a time. Nic stands up, after finishing his last statement. Fly stands up after Nic. That's fine. Just get me back in that ring, one time, and I'll light that place on fire. Thank you Nic, you've done more than you should have for me. Nic nods. Ya, make sure you remember that. Welcome back to TNT Jonny. With that, Hay turns and walks away from Fly. Fly stands there still, smiling, nodding his head approvingly. He takes back his seat as the scene fades out from the restaurant. Scene Fade Former World Champion (5x) ..Perfection..
