Troubles Re-Emerge

"No, not again!"

Begin Narrator

Narrator:

Troubles have once again taken over the life of Jonny Fly. Until about a month ago, problems had filled the 21 year owners personal and professional life. These problems were always thrust into the public view, however, questions still surround this new development. All that is really known at this point in time is that something happened two weeks ago in Seattle that somehow Fly was involved in.

Well, now we'll know..

You see, that was the very same night that Jonny Fly arrived late for Mayhem. The same night the High Rollers tried to keep Jonny Fly from entering the arena. The same night shots were fired in the direction of the High Rollers from an unknown source, from an unknown location. Here's the scoop folks. Jonny Fly, as we know, has a world-wide following. This is where the nickname the "International Icon" came to fruition earlier in Fly's career.

Fly has always, without much of a peep of it hitting the press, used his popularity and following to get things done. This is where it get's confusing. As we know, during the year's of the Gravedigger-Fly alliance under the umbrella provided by the "Unforgettable Power" Fly and Digger terrorized cities, groups of people, and companies. We won't rehash the reasons. However, two people cannot clearly do all of what was done during that "Terror Era." Fly used his following, his supporters. The group became known as "The Unforgettable Hitmen" and carried out orders from Fly and Digger.

Now, I know what your asking.

Is there any relation to that group and "The Dynasty Hitmen." Oh yea, you better believe it. Several of the members stayed on with Fly when Gravedigger left the public eye. Fly would then go on to re-create The Dynasty, and the men would take up the same role they previously held, with just a different name. At this point, Chris Raygen, the most well know of the Hitmen, wasn't even heard of. While Raygen was killed by Fly after his betrayal..and while Ridder's Cash Loans was destroyed after 6 months of chasing Fly..

The Hitmen went nowhere. They just kinda..faded.

For the first time in months, two weeks ago, they made their way to a TNT Show. Fly was preparing for his confrontation with the High Rollers, and wanted to be prepared just in case Derek Perone, Jimmy Vetalo, Reed Harrington, and Stonehart went crazy. Fly would be able to crush them quickly. He's known for having these kind's of backup's, that seemingly come out of nowhere. Such protection, and backup protection, had saved him numerous times during the Ridder Saga.

I want to point out the fact that it was Kent Strong who was the shooter at the Key Arena, during that High Roller segment. While such doesn't look to be important, it really actually tells us a lot. First off, it tells us that "The Hitmen" brought guns with them to the show. Fly and Strong couldn't of snuck such through airport security. It also shows us that there was at least one period during the show where "The Hitmen" were not being watched over by Fly and Strong, and were free to roam around the arena, inside and out.

Why is this a problem?

We all know Jonny Fly is uncontrollable. The only person who's ever been able to get through to him is Kent. Take that type of personality, and give him back his biggest toy. Men, who abide by his every word, no matter how devious the word they receive is. Then, leave that toy to himself for a couple of hours. You know what you get?

14 dead bodies in front of the Key Arena.

Questions..

And more trouble for TNT's Owner.

Begin Scene

The scene fades in, in New York City, once again. We are now at the Marriott Hotel in New York, where Nicky Mills has called for Fly to meet him as soon as possible. Fly rushed over to the hotel, and when he got there, found no sight of Mills. He perched himself in a seat facing the entrance so he could spot Mills when he comes in. That is where we find the 4 Time TNT World Champion as the scene begins to roll. From the left of Fly, a suited man approaches. He say's nothing to Fly, just takes the seat next to him. Fly looks over and spots the badge hanging from the man's suit pocket. Fly darts his eyes away quickly..

Man:

Jonny Fly?

Fly puts on the thick, uninterested stare, and goes to work on the detective.

Jonny Fly:

That's my handle.

Would you mind if I ask you a few questions? It won't take long, I promise.

You know, I'd love to help an officer of the law, but I have a friend who appears to be in some urgent danger, and I'd hate to keep him waiting in favor of a conversation that will not be documented..

Point taken. This will be completely off the record.

Now we can talk. However, if he arrives, I'm cutting this off. Priorities, you know?

Would the man you happen to be meeting be one Nicholas Mills?

I've never heard of that person, now, to save you some time, let's cut through the bullshit. What has made you ruin my evening?

Where were you two weeks ago, on Sunday?

I thought we were gonna cut though the crap? First off, two weeks ago wasn't Sunday. Second off, if you know who I am, as you obviously did before even drifting over here, you'd know exactly where I was. I was running the latest edition of TNT Sunday Night Mayhem.

At the Key Arena, correct?

Fly lets out a sigh.

Yes, very good, that's correct.

Do you happen to know what happened just outside of that arena during the show? Any idea?

Let me answer your question, with another question. When you are inside your little office doing whatever the hell you little snakes do, do you what's happened on the outside?

No.

Now you know my answer.

Then let me be the first to inform you of it. 14 men were shot dead that night, in front of an arena that was under your protection for the night. 14 men! What's even more interesting is all 14 of them were former Police Officers, former I say, because they were fired after trying to prosecute you over a year ago for supposedly setting off a bomb..in my police building. They were fired for undisclosed reasons, but most around the department believe that is was a political thing..since you have always had your hand in this city.

You know what's even more interesting, why would 14 people who's lives I supposedly ruined, being doing following me to my work?

No it's not. Since this is off the record, I'll cut to the chase. You still hold a grudge against these men for trying to ruin your career while it was at it's peak. However, you've been preoccupied with other things, for example, Ridder's Cash loans, that's right..I know, to pursue anything against them. Until now..

Are you blaming me for thier death's?

Should I be?

Give me a break. You gonna sit in that chair and threaten me? I could press charges. You don't got shit on me. You got 14 people chasing after me across the country, and you still find a way to put it on me.

Jonny, they were put in a line and killed. AK47 fire took them all out at the exact same time. They were then stacked on the steps of your arena. They were people who tried to prosecute you, and you don't know anything about it? I'm not dumb.

Neither am I.

Fly sends an icy stare toward the detective. The intimidation factor causes him to back down..

I..I wasn't trying to..to imply..

Save it.

Fly continues the stare as the detective stops talking. Fly begins up again.

If you think I'm going to kill people in front of the arena I'm in, not to mention people that can be traced to me, you have no idea of the man your talking to. Even if I wanted to do it, I'd be a lot more slick than that mess.

Would that be because of the experience factor?

You think your cute? You trying to pin something else on me by trying to get me to fall for that weak shit? I didn't kill anyone. If you keep trying to say I did, I'm going to bury you. Are we clear?

Crystal. However, my job is to look into this. Next time we may be talking..on the record, and you may have something at stake. Now, are we clear?

I don't answer to you.

The detective nods his head, and gets up from his seat.

I'll be seeing you, Jonny.

You better hope not.

With that the man walks away. Fly let's a long sigh, runs his hands through his hair and mumbles..

Dammit..

The scene fades.

Begin Voiceover

Jonny Fly talks into a blank screen.

Jonny Fly:

You know..

I'm getting tired of this shit.

I put in 12 hour days, and what do I get? I lead this company into battle against another company, I win, they bitch they moan and they blow the biggest moment of TNT's history. The day we passed the UWA. They had to water it down, they had to degrade us. It's what pathetic what people do when their empire is being pulled out from under them. Men will do many despicable things when backed into a corner.

Nevertheless..

I bring the troops home and again go to work on building up the fort. I put out flawless show after flawless show, and then they get met with conflict. People don't seem to like their "role" on the show. I don't give a shit. I say role, because it's the proper term. Facts are, people are upset over losses they've been receiving. Cry me a river, get me a canoe, and let me paddle down that shit. If you have a problem that is not a majority problem, get out of my face.

Period.

I won't acknowledge you.

Mike Wilson, get your fucking head on straight. You ain't shit. You complain that you had to face Markus Jayson, for a World Title shot? Go home. Nobody wants to hear you bitch about how you got a shot at the World Title. That's like saying you should of had two homeruns instead of one. Nobody wants to hear about your calls of politics. You didn't earn a World title shot. Aren't you forgetting you couldn't even secure the Eurasian Title a little over a month ago? You think your now suddenly World title material?

It doesn't come that easy.

Take it from me. I've been on that mountain more than anyone in history. Your attitude now is going to get you past that United States Title. Bitching every week isn't going to get you anywhere. It's going to get you alienated. Don't try to argue that fact with me. I control your destiny, don't forget that. You've lost the biggest two matches you've ever been in. Therefore, you've earned nothing. Therefore, you have no right to bitch about who I book you against and what stipulations I put on it. That's my job. Your job is too wrestle. Stop putting your effort into worrying about what I do..and put it into what your supposed to do. God knows your could improve.

Annoying little shit..

"Big" Jimmy Vetalo. What can I say about you that hasn't already been said? There's not much. It's well known our history, our hate, and my dominance over you. I see you have found a partner, however. That's good. Now let it be known..I know who he is. I know everything in this company. Let me then remind you that I asked for someone capable of matching up against Nicky Mills and myself. In response you bring in that fuck, who hasn't seen a wrestling ring in ages, and expect him to compete against the best team TNT could put together on it's given roster?

That's like throwing a rock at a wasp nest.

What, do you plan on bringing him into the High Rollers? Or the pieces of it that remain? Are you going to build it up around him? Your banking the future of that stable on a guy that I'm going to make his own fuckin' boots on Sunday. Are you crazy? Is he just the only person with a death wish? Were going to slaughter you. And there will be no Rollin' Thunder to save you. There will be no Stonehart, no Reed Harrington. No, your two's jealousy fucked that up. Your going up against the two very best in this business..and Vetalo..your taking "him" into that battle with you.

Let me know when you begin to think rational again.

That'll be the next I book you.

Speaking of Rollin' Thunder. You may have noticed that I said he would not be there for Mayhem. Personally, the thought is after Friday, he won't be able to make it anyway, but just in case, I'm barring him from Madison Square Garden on Sunday. Stay home, Derek. You step foot into that arena, and that's breach of contract. Which means, like I explained to you before, you'll lose everything, and still be in debt to me. Your not interfering in my match, your going to try to show power by having 43 people having your back while you beat the crap out of some defenseless mid-carder. And, more importantly, you'll be out of my hair.

I'm glad however you've been able to get an up close look at the Mall of America. I'm sure you think your little map you drew will be one of the differences in the matchup. Where do you get such false hope? Derek, your still gonna lose, your still inferior, and you just wasted two days in the coldest fucking place in the entire country. If you ain't an ice fisher, you don't belong on that glacier known as Minnesota. And Derek, you don't fish. Look at me? I'm sitting here in my house, not doing shit about this match, and your hopes fade by the day. Only because were getting closer to the match. By the time the bell rings, you'll already be finished.

Kinda like last time, huh?

You got that feeling built into your stomach, yet? That feeling that you get everytime you go against your master. The feeling of being the underdog, knowing, all your offense, will run straight in line with my defense. Your making maps, training, and I'm sitting here in my air conditioned mansion admiring a basement full of weapons I'm itching to use. And..

You still have no hope.

Sad.

But hey, you wanted Jonny Fly.

You'll be feeling the wrath that comes with the name. Next time you want to go out and make some bold comments directed my way..

Read the Name Tag.
