Clearwater Stud Farm is situated in Kentucky, USA,
close to Churchill Downs.

We have paddocks and pastureland spread over 105 acres
of the best Kentucky blue grass with our own creek.

Each stallion has his own spacious paddock with 7 foot
fencing to prevent getting out.

We have 3 main barns: one for stallions, one for
broodmares with or without foals at foot and one for
weanlings and yearlings.

Each loose-box is a spacious 14 x 14 with windows facing
outwards over the paddocks and safety partitions between
stables.

The stallion barn has optional pens attached to each box to
allow stallions to go in and out at will.

All loose-boxes are equipped with automatic drinking systems
and salt licks.

There are also ceiling fans in all barns for horses' comfort.

We have one 1.5 mile all-weather training track,

a 1.75 mile turf track and a 2 mile dirt track,

3 mile steeplechase and hurdles course with a grandstand

of 95,000 capacity, VIP boxes and a 40 stall saddling

enclosure.
