The Secret of the Ocean
The waves are calm and peaceful,
slow at first and then faster and faster,
as the waves secretly slid across,
the shimmering shore.
The silky soft moon shines upon,
the tips of the waves making them,
as if they were flourescent fingers,
clinging to the satiny soft sand.
As they return to sea they leave only,
ripples in the sand,
and the remains of shells,
as reminders of this one perfect,
precious memory.
