Builders/Industrial Clean

 This clean is advisable for properties that have just been built or refurbished and require a through clean before moving in. It can also be very useful for rented properties between tenants or for any property that needs an intensive clean. 

Below is listed what is included in this clean:

1.    Prepare for Clean: Clear all rubbish and air the property.

2.    Builders Dirt: Remove all marks from surplus cement, plaster, paint etc on walls, floors, paintwork, tiles, built in furniture.

3.    All Rooms: Wipe down all surfaces including the walls, doors, built in furniture, fireplaces etc.

4.    Kitchen/Utility Room: Clean wall tiles and cupboards/drawers inside and out, work tops and kitchen equipment (hob, oven, microwave, fridge, freezer, dishwasher and washing machine).

5.    Bathrooms: Clean all bathroom furniture and bath, shower ( including curtain), sink, toilet and bidet. Clean mirrors. Disinfect toilet.

6.    Windows: Clean and polish all windows and patio doors inside and out.

7.    Floors and Terraces: Sweep and wash the floors and terraces.
