| Exedore is the eldest of the Zentraedi, even older than Dolza and his dwarfish, mishapen appearance seems to indicate that he is the first experimental cloned Zentraedi who lived. Exedore however, has no memory of his origins and instead believes (at least at first) in the History Records of the Zentraedi that the Robotech Masters had fabricated to make them believe they'd always being a great warrior race, instead of cloned slaves. However, because of the Zentraedi's intelligence they are capable of feeling a wider range of emotions then they were programmed for, namely love. For this purpose the Masters inserted a very strong warning than the Zentraedi steer clear of any Micronian race and Exedore often speaks of this 'war' in which the Zentraedi almost lost their warrior culture. Whether this war actually happened remains a mystery. Exedore is primarily an advisor to Breetai and is always at his side on the bridge of Breetai's battlecrusier and oddly enough the two appear to be friends, although this is another emotions not programmed by the Masters. Breetai definitely respects Exedore and whilst he doesn't always follow his advice, he will at least consider it before deciding to act. Despite Exedore's warnings of Micronian contact he seems to be very curious about the inhabitants of the SDF-1, especially about the Miss. Macross Contest and is the first to learn the micronian language. He is also the one who suggests that the Micronian captives be taken to Dolza for interrogation. Exedore also knows enough to be trepeditious when Breetai calls up Khyron's Divison, but all he is able to do is warn his commander. Later Exedore is the one who suggests Peace Talks be held with the Micronians after many Zentraedi soliders defect and he is choosen as the Ambassador of the Zentraedi, is Micronised and sent to the SDF-1. There he meets Gloval, the Colonels and other important Micronians. He explains the true intent of the Zentreadi to capture the SDF-1 and co-orbarates the captives story of the size of the Imperial Fleet. A brilliant strategist Exedore is the one who comes up with the idea to attack Dolza's Command Centre head on and remains on the Bridge of the SDF-1 during this last Battle. After the destruction of the Imperial Fleet, Exedore remains micronised and becomes the Zentraedi Abassador to the RDF. He is last seen with Breetai on the captures Zentraedi Factory Satillite trying to get it operational again. |
