| As overall commander of the Female Zentraedi, Azonia is one of Dolza's most trusted subordinates, at least at first. When Breetai fails to capture the SDF-1 and loses the Micronian hostages Dolza places Azonia in charge of the operation and she, along with her fleet folds to where the SDF-1 is heading back to the Earth. Like Breetai, Azonia goes against Khyron several time as he continues to disobey her orders, forcing her to actually protect the SDF-1 from him and his fleet. In fact it is while doing this that the SDF-1 is able to break-through the Zentraedi Offence and get back to Earth. Azonia is extremely unsettled by Khyron and is humilated when Dolza removes her from the operation because of her failures and puts Breetai back in charge again. Azonia remains loyal to Dolza to the extent that she reports to him the fact that many Zentraedi are beginning to defect to the Micronian side. As a result Dolza decides that he will fold with the bulk of the Zentraedi Army to destroy not only the Micronians but the Zentraedi that have been fighting them! When Azonia discovers this, she decides that she will fight with Breetai and the Micronians in the Battle. However, during this Battle her crusier is damaged and crashes to Earth and all contact with her and her fleet are lost for two years, when she reappears in Alaska with Khyron and the remains of his fleet. What has happened in these two year is unknown, but it would appear Azonia and Khyron now have some sort of relationship, which comes to head when the two kiss in front of Lynn Kyle and Minmei so Khyron can prove to the two that the Zentraedi no longer fear 'The Kiss.' The kiss seems to affect Azonia much more than it does Khyron, and as a result Azonia becomes intensely loyal to him and remains by his side. |
