As a child Eric tried to kill himself many times:
- once he stuck a butterknife into an outlet and was rewarded by being thrown across the room.
- he climbed/fell into an irigation ditch when he was two years old. His sister, Jennifer was able to get me and with the help of two other ladies, I was able to get him out. (later that same day a three year old boy drowned in the same place!)
- while sick in bed, and therefore very bored, he bit through the television's electrical cord, which burned a couple of his baby teeth black.
He has managed to survive, and is now married to Shanna.
