Old Malacca Town
These aerial view of Malacca Town were taken in 1966 from an aircraft about to land at the local airport.
These photos show the historic sector of the town. The Dutch Square and the Santiago Gate are visible in the first while the second gives a good view of the Dutch Square.

Modern Malacca Town
These photos of Malacca Town were taken from either the upper floors of the old Merlin Hotel or from Bukit Cina.
Visible landmarks in these photos are St. Peter's Church, the City Bayview Hotel, St. Paul's Hill, the rooftops of the Stadhuys, Christ Church and the Church of St. Francis.
Other visible landmarks in some of these photos are the old Ramada Renaissance Hotel, the old Malacca Club (now - the Merdeka Memorial) and the Porta de Santiago.
