| The Captain and his Boatswain swap sea stories over capuccinos at an outdoor cafe in Old Amsterdam. We did not have to sit outside. These Dutch are so civilized, they let you bring your dog into restaurants. I never heard "no dogs allowed" during my entire trip. |
