This is simple! Just email us or call us with the date that you would like to arrive in St. Thomas. We will reply, normally within 24 hours, and let you know if your dates are open. It's helpful if you give us a 2nd choice in your first email. If your requested week is open, we will require a $300 deposit. This will also be your security deposit. Please remember that this is our vacation home and it is fully furnished.
Your original request will keep your week "locked". We need to receive your deposit within 10 days after you are notified that your choice is available. This deposit will be refunded within 30 days after your stay less any damages or loss.
Total payment is due 60 days prior to your arrival. If you need to cancel up to 45 days before your arrival, your deposit will be refunded less $50. If you need to cancel 45 days or less from your scheduled arrival, no refund of security/reservation deposit will be made. A further penalty from total price may be accessed for cancellation within 45 days of your acheduled arrival.
