The year 2000 is rapidly coming to an end. As I sit here reflecting over the year, I am reminded of the many blessing that have been bestowed on me and my loved ones. One of the most memorable times of the year was the Jones-Knights family reunion. It was held in Wolfeboro,NH at the home of Joyce Jones Lampron.

Aunt Joyce, we love you.
~~~~~~~~
Although her house saw more people than it has in many years, she very much enjoyed the company. In this site, you will see some of the family. Also included will be a picture of our grandparnets, Ernest & Lucy (Knights) Jones.
"Welcome to my humble home"
~~~~~~~~
To my family, I wish you all a very safe and blessed New Year. To my many friends I hope that the New Year will be prosperous, and kind to you. To my very dear friend, who was always there for me in both my happy and sad times, to comfort me when I cried, to laugh with me when I laughed, and to give me courage when I was ready to give up, I ask God's Blessing on you. To guide you and protect you as the New Year comes.

Now as I close I reflect on the words of an old familiar song. Sung by Guy Lumbardo. A New Year's tradition since I can remember.

As you can see we have a rather large family. And we had a wonderful time together.

Jean Jones Rankin was married to Stanton E. Jones the deseased brother of the siblings.

~Auld Lang Syne~
Should Auld (old) aquaintence be forgot,
And never brought to mind.
Should Auld aquaintence be forgot,
In days of Auld Lang Syne.
For Auls Lang Syne, my dear,
For Auld Lang Syne.
We'll take the cup of kindness yet,
For Auld Lang Syne.
