We are both very active in the music ministry of our church; Bill plays bass and I play keyboard and coordinate the worship ministry. I also enjoy the technical end (projection, soundboard, etc). We worship at Faith Christian Fellowship in Walnut Creek. Other hobbies include: baseball/softball, golf, riding motorcycle for Bill. I still love to read-anything and everything.
We have a daughter, Amy, 24, who is a counsellor in a Methadone clinic in Michigan; she is getting married in May 2002. Dirk, 22, just graduated from college, and now works in Las Vegas. He is making his career in banking. Arie, 20, and Mark, 19, attend separate colleges in Michigan. Arie is persuing Business Accounting. And Mark... well, he is having a great time!
God has blessed us. For many years we enjoyed our children's active lives and supported their sports, drama, music events. One fall, they were in 11 different sports teams at the same time! And I think Bill coached 3-4 of them. Now Bill and I are enjoying who they are becoming. I enjoy this time of Bill and me getting to know one another again. Another new chapter in our lives beginning.
