My Life Today
I live in Bay Point, California with my boyfriend, Rob.
Our favorite pastimes are camping and motorcycle riding. We are saving up for a Harley.
I have no human children just 4 legged kids
I am Acting President for a non-profit organization called House Rabbit Society.
My paid job is Shelter Director for the new Headquarters/Rabbit Center that we recently opened in Richmond.
I also live with 9 cats and 2 dogs. I also have 10 rabbits but they now live at the shelter with me.
A Short History of the last 30 Years
I moved to Missouri, where I have relatives, to go to college.
I got married, got divorced.
I stayed in Missouri for 10 years then moved back to CA.
I worked for the Post Office for 12 (horrible) years
but was able to finally quit and work at my dream job.
Future Plans
I dream of living in a house in the boonies somewhere.
(oh no - I'd probably get more animals if I had more room!!)
What I've Learned the last 30 years
Most everything in my life centers around my compassion for animals.
