Dear Fellow Classmates:
It's hard to believe that 20 years have passed since we graduated from High School and decided to venture out on our own.
After graduation, I moved to Greeley and attended Aims Community College and received a Legal Secretary Degree. I then worked for a law firm for two years and decided lawyers weren't all that wonderful to work for.
In May of 1985 I took a position with the City of Evans as Clerk Typist and in March of 1986 I was appointed City Clerk.  I still work for the city and very much enjoy my job and all the challenges it brings me.
In March of 1989, I married my wonderful husband, Ken. We have two very special children: a daughter, Nicole, who is 8 1/2 and a son, Wade, who is 5 1/2. They bring much joy to our lives. My husband farms with his family so we reside about two miles east of
La Salle which is about three miles south of Greeley. Who in their right mind would have thought that I would marry a farmer, (not me).
In my spare time I enjoy reading, gardening and playing sports. Needless to say, I took up running about three years ago and actually like it.  I do remember in school how much I hated to run (that's why I never took track).  I guess I waited until my mid-years to start.
I hope the past 20 years have been good for everyone!!
