After four years in the Marine Corps, I spent a couple years around the Holyoke area.
After a divorce and some job jumping, it was apparent the Denver area had much more
to offer. I moved to Denver and have spent the last 13 years working for what is now
AT&T Broadband. I'm presently a training manager.
In 1992 I married a wonderful women and my best friend, Jeanne Whiton, who originated
from Des Moines, Iowa. We have no children between us but are involved with children in
many ways. Jeanne is the Assistant Director of Caregiving Ministries at Cherry Hills
Community Church, using her degree in early childhood development. As for me, I have
most recently been involved with an orphanage in El Salvador. The picture below on the right
is of me with three of the orphan boys. In the last 6 months, I've spent four weeks in
El Salvador. In fact, I spent some time recently doing earthquake relief. I'm contemplating
an early retirement and a move to El Salvador as a missionary. |
