Italian Bread Salad

5 tomatoes, diced
1 small red onion, thinly sliced
1/2 cup extra-virgin olive oil
1/2 cup red wine vinegar
1/2 cup of fresh, chopped basil
3 cups of croutons, 2 varieties for color
Fresh ground pepper

Toss the tomatoes, onion, olive oil, red wine vinegar and basil togther. Add croutons, just before serving and top with freshly
ground pepper.

This beautiful salad is as colorful as it is delicious!
