My interests this days are from "early music" till Mozart, which would encompass the first hundred years or so before Armand until the time "Interview with the Vampire" takes place.

I never cease to be amazed at Emma Kirkby's voice. I decided to buy this
CD after hearing her "Confitebor Tibi", from the "Emma Kirkby's Collection".
Also to point out is the quality of her Latin, how stress is always
put in the right place and every word can be understood clearly.
I am no specialist in Latin, (Emma Kirkby is) but it is a pleasure to
hear her sing it.

For those not familiar with Early Music...
This one is not in the wish list, I own it for a long time now, but it has perfect sopranos and a new age treatment to the songs (no early music instruments). The composer is Saint Hildegard von Bingen (did they canonize her in the end?) whose unique works you will learn to recognize very fast. More about Saint Hildegard in Music from Anne Rice". The sopranos are Emily van Evera and a real nun (ok, I have to look her name up) .
