And finally the COBALT GT-500                  (image #8).  This model, like the XV-200 and
XV-500, is a near exact replica of the Donzi model it was patterened after, in this case, the Donzi Corsican 18 (images #7 and #9).  Actually, for purposes of the catalog pictures, Cobalt used one of Donzi's Corsican catalog pictures for the GT-500 and another angle of the same Corsican (and same catalog) for the GT-200.  That is, they used two pictures of the same 18' Corsican from the Donzi catalog to "art rener" two Cobalt models in the Coalt Catalog.  The GT-500's I have seen several of.  One source holds that only 10 of these were produced.  While on the subject of production numbers, there were about 40 of the XV-200's produced (that number from a very good source).  With regard to the others, I personally don't know.  My suggestion, above, that the Donzi styled models may only number apporoximately 200, is an educated guess based on the possibility that approx 40 of "each" of five models (one not yet covered) were produced.
This would, of course, yield about 200 total.

Well, as noted below, this site is still being worked on so feel free to check back later for more.  Will be covering one mor Donzi styled boat (a 23 footer that is "like" the Donzi 7 meter).  Will also have photos and minimal coverage of three or four non Donzi styled models.  If interested in these and more pictures of the models already covered,
click here for your viewing fun!  There you can click on a handful of thumbnail images to enlarge for better detail.
