| We all (most) know about viruses and what they can do to your computer.Im not trying to make you a Anti-Virus super freak that buys every Anti-Virus software to protect their PC. You only need one and that one is ._._._ .(Cough* Cough*, i recommend 1 on the AntiVirus homepage of my site) But of course you have many choices out there. PC Chillin,NAV,Mcafee (Read my AV program center for details). 1. Dont download files in email & IM's from strangers! (if its from a site,scan it or try it) 2. Dont Click Hyperlinks in email & IM's! (also known as links) 3. Some programs you download that are safe may also contain ads,programs,or plugins that may not be safe. (read the fine print,read-me,or agreement.Thats where they will sneek all that stuff in!) 4. Dont give your passwords to people! They may plant viruses ready for you when u log on! 5. Viruses can have just about ANY file name...Such As: PartyMix.zip : <(i made that up as an example). So make sure you know the person and that their sending it to you. 6. Not all viruses are viruses. Some are trojans or worms. But some are Hoaxes! They are fake viruses that people send out to scare you! If you have any more questions refer to our ABOUT US section to email us.
