| Maintenace Training Program is a form of schooling where young professionals are trained to enhance their capabilities as new aircraft maintenance personnels. Upgrading their technical skill to competitive level to the extent that their new recruits are competent to their respective line of work. The only way to achieve that is by training!!! MTP has instilled discipline in the minds of their trainees. It also teaches the values of camaraderie, the meaning of friendship, honesty, integrity and respect not only to our superiors but also to everyone. This is someway strengthens the good Filipino values stored in us. Many of our managers, crew chiefs, lead mechanics are products of the Maintenance Training Program. There are many who are more able than us but we're just lucky to be chosen. We, "LTP-MTP Batch 2001-E" are very proud and thankful to be a part of the his highly revered training program.
