minutes:

1.Proposed changes to the F2B (aerobatics) rules:
Joan
McIntyre has already received information on the procedures that will be
adopted. At CLAS’s request she will be the contact with the FAI F2 Committee
and she will send the information she receives to all states (and all who have
email) so that the widest possible consultation occurs.
2.Field
Acquisition:
It
was previously agreed that Clas again persue actively the purchase of land for
a permanent flying site (especially for state Championships) for an approximate
cost of up to $200,000. (this being an amount which could be reasonably
available from the MAAA). It would obviously be rural land at some distance
from any major city.
John
McIntyre will do some initial investigations.
