Alternative Ending 1

Authors note:
Nagi is NOT in this ending because he could have prevented it from happening.  Also, the lyrics are from Wei Kreuz - "It's Too Late" (English.)
       - AyaKun

. . .Is this the way to say goodbye, love?
When you and I had promises yet to fulfill?
That kiss you placed upon my heart, there still remains a lonely mark
Can't seem to lose the memories of when we met in the dark
And as I sigh, I can feel you once again
But it fades just as fast as it began. . .

Crawford, startled by the warcry, leapt back at the sight of a shimmering katana, though Farfarellos blade nicked his shoulder.  Fixating on his opponents, Brad grinned.  Aya would swipe his katana upward on his left side next and Farfarello would follow with another stab to his chest.  Brad was quick to side-step Ayas swipe, then ducked the Berserkers stab and came upward, a high kick to his right wrist, sending his retractable blade out of reach.
Ayas eyes flickered widely open, charging Brad with his katana held to his lower left, then once on him, he swept upward with his right arm, then gripped it with both and turned it, then gave a dire jab toward Brads chest.  Brad winced at the situation, then grinned; Aya wouldnt have enough time to fully stop in his charge if he side-stepped.  Brad took a few fleeting steps to the side as Ran advanced, grinning at the reaction.
Aya gasped, his eyes wide when he saw the defenseless Berserker.  Swiping his katana to the side, he began to slide, though he winced.  Brad gripped his arms, then quickly took his katana and sent a boot into his spine.  Abyssinian groaned in pain, stumbling atop the Berserker and sending them both to the ground.  Abyssinian!  The Berserker choked, then his eye went wide in fear.   Oracle! No!  Seconds later, Brad plunged his katana into Rans spine.  Ran coughed in a fit of pain, blood splurting from his mouth as he did so, his last choked words a mess of gurgles,  Berserker  Ayas eyes closed as his struggling body collapsed limply on the Berserkers.  A single tear appeared again, and this time Abyssinian couldnt wipe it away. . .   His mind flashed back to the flower shop. . .  How kind Abyssinian had been when he wiped away his tear. . .  His thoughts were quickly abandoned as a liquid washed over his face; staining his single tawny eye a crimson red; the clinking of Abyssinians katana shattering a rock beneath the Berserker. . .  Brad had impaled the two of them on the same blade, then retreated to leave them to die in silence.
Farfarellos dying moments were with a man who defended to the very end, who actually cared. . .  With the last bit of his fleeting strength, he wrapped his arms around Abyssinian. . .  Abyssinians lifeless head was nestled gently into the bend of Farfarellos neck and shoulder, and slowly the Berserker would sink into Rans, Abyssinian
