Inter Cable-Tel, Cardiff had one point deducted for not fulfilling a fixture during the 1999/2000-season. Conwy United had three poins deducted for not fulfilling a fixture during the 1999/2000-season. Port Talbot Town have also played under the name Port Talbot Athletic. Oswestry Town went up into TNS Llansantffraid after the 2002/03-season and subsequently went out of existence. I do not consider it a regular amalgamation as TNS Llansantffraid retained the same name as before. Before the 2003/04-season started Flexsys Cefn Druids changed name to Newi Cefn Druids following a change of sponsors. Afan Lido had three points deducted during the 2004/05-season for fielding a suspended player (Leigh Shrimpton) vs. Airbus UK. Cwmbran Town had 13 points deducted for use of two ineligible players during the 2005/06-season. Grange Harlequins had 1 point deducted for use of an ineligible player during the 2005/06-season. Newtown had 5 points deducted for use of an ineligible player during the 2005/06-season. Porthmadog had 3 points deducted during the 2006/07-season. Before the 2007/08-season Airbus UK changed name to Airbus UK Broughton.
