Kilani
Kilani was all happiness and enthusiasm. She discovered her calling when she was born-she was meant to help others.

Instantly, as soon as she was born, she was toddling out of her cocoon, trying her utmost to help her siblings come out into the world as well, pawing at the cocoon's outer shell even though it seemed impossibly thick to her. It didn't phase her one bit though. She was barely ever unhappy, unless she was alone...she dreaded not being in the company of others and she had barely begun to live her life.

She was so full of life, so full of vigor that she was instantly liked by everyone, even her more aggressive or quiet siblings. She simply was that way. You gravitated towards her because of her incredible kindness and energy.

Her parents instantly noticed her vivacity.and applauded her spirit. She was sunshine on a dark and dreary day, a vivid splash of light in a cloudy sky.

Once she had tried all that she could to help the others out, she went to greet the ones that finally did come out of their shells-sort to speak.

She touched them, nose to nose, and nuzzled them. A small bit of affection for each person that would play such an important part in her life.

She approached her parents and rubbed up against their legs, cuddling up in her mother's many tails for a quick catnap.

Lucina regarded her firstborn daughter with complete and utter love. She was a complete angel, and she knew that she would never be one to love war, or violence, or the hatred that she had for the rest of the human race. She would be trusting-perhaps too trusting-and all too soon fall into the familiar trap that most trusting individuals fall victim too. She only hoped that she could shield her from the worst of it. Her naivity would be her downfall.

Tyri was filled with fatherly pride for his affectionate daughter. Seeing her interact with all her siblings, even Miasmic and Atienza who weren't was somehow humbling. She didn't seem to have any faults. She was just pure untainted love incarnate. And he loved her for it.

Kilani blinked her eyes sleepily. Her mother's tails were tickling her! She giggled and rolled about, trying to brush the numerous tails off of her. She smiled softly at her mother, and if you didn't know her, you might have mistaken it for a shy smile. But shy she wasn't. She was just gentle, and kind, and her smile reflected her inner beauty perfectly.

She paused as a butterfly drifted into the cavern, seemingly lost, and craned her neck gracefully, allowing it to land on the tip of her nose. A concerned expression crossed her face, and she exited the cave, moving slowly so as not to disturb the resting butterfly. As soon as she was out in the open air, the butterfly felt the breeze and fluttered off, returning to the area that it was familiar in.

She smiled again, another one of those soft, delicate smiles and trotted back to the cavern, eager to meet and learn more about her other family members.
