Broccoli Ham Ring Recipe Served at June Meeting

(Pampered Chef Recipe)

4 ounces ham, chopped (1 cup)

1/4 lb. broccoli, chopped (1 cup)

1/4 cup onion, chopped

1/4 cup fresh parsley, snipped

1 1/2 cups shredded Swiss or cheddar cheese

2 tablespoons Dijon mustard

1 teaspoon lemon juice

2 packages refrigerated crescent rolls

 

Scoop mixture with ice cream scooper into crescent roll and wrap. Repeat.

Each batch makes 16 wedges.

Bake for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown
