Upper level: Combination of hand-picked and seasoned 8” T+G hand-finished white pine, with vintage hemlock (1890’s) stairwell.

Heating:   Clean and energy efficent, state of the art LPG furnace. Provides foot warming comfort via the in-floor radiant heat throughout the ground level. Cast-iron baseboard and vintage restored radiators (reclaimed from Delaware Academy) insures warmth in the deepest winter to the upper level.

Waste water management:   Municipally approvaled 1000 gallon tank with leach field.

Domestic Water:   105 feet deep well provides 100+ gallon reservoir with a 2.5 gallon per minute recovery.

Kitchen and Masterbath:   Since most would agree that these spaces can be extremly personal, we have opted not to create them without input from potential owners/users. We have allowed a budget for kitchen and masterbath and several suggested design plans are available. We’re prepared to collaborate with you to create spaces that are in harmony with your lifestyle.
