       22 years of industry experience. Responsible for full life cycle of numerous support projects covering systems and network support and integration. Technologies used include Novell, Microsoft, Cisco and others.

       Extensive Novell experience across a wide range of products and solutions, including Novell 3.x, 4.x, 5.x and 6.x, ZENWorks, BorderManager, GroupWise 4.x and 5.x, NDS for NT, iFolder, iPrint and ManageWise.

       Used Network General Sniffer Pro, HP OpenView and Novell LANalyzer 2.2 to monitor network traffic.

       Current Certified Novell Instructor comfortable in the classroom and working one on one to share information and best practices for maintaining Novell networking environments.

       Extensive experience integrating Novell (NDS) and Microsoft (ADS) products into a seamless services network.

       Developed and implemented network intrusion detection systems using Cisco Intrusion Detection hardware.
