To get clarity and insight about yourself and your issues is a major step towards making changes that will improve your life. You’ve made the decision to check out counselling, so chances are you’re are having some struggles, and finding the right counsellor can be just another worry. With me the first session is at 50% discount and there is no obligation to continue. I qualified at the University of Canterbury in 2002 and have worked mostly as a school counsellor (and continue to do so in Christchurch). I am a member of the New Zealand Association of Counsellors and, like all such counsellors, receive regular supervision. This means I work within the NZAC code of ethics. I am available during the day on Fridays and some other evenings. |
