1984 Tops He-Man Sticker Set

The Tops He-man Sticker Set came out around 1984. The front of the cards are stickers and the back of the cards form a puzzle. There are 22 cards total in the set. They are numbered 1-21 because two of the stickers in the set are identical on the front but contain different puzzle pieces on the back.
