| The Pep Band Anthem To be sung softly by the pep band in the stands before a basketball game while some chorus member sings the real words. Oh, say, can you hear On basketball game night What so loudly we play Over all the fan's screaming? Clarinets squeak and squawk While the low reedists fight Over which song is the best, And the trombones are gleaming. And the trumpets would blare Spit would fly through the air People glare at the clock; Wonder why they're still there. Oh, say, why do people go to pep band frequently? Because all the music's fun, And the soda comes free! |
| The Band Pledge of Allegiance I pledge allegiance To the band And their many states of hysteria And to the school For which it stands One band Under the conductors Absolutely, positively, COMPLETELY indivisible With instruments and music for all. |
