Clare's mom has little patience with
Clare's irresponsible nature... but then she has very little
patience for everything. Mrs. Cat spends about 90% of her time
angry that she isn't getting her way, though it's unclear to
everyone (including possibly herself) what her way is. It's this
very attitude that has lead Clare to not take her mother terribly
seriously. But, Carla makes the decisions around the Cat household,
so Clare's days of leisure and loafing about are numbered.
