| Feb 27 2002 2:57 p.m. Oh, you have no way of knowing how busy life has been for me these past few weeks. I'm just getting over a short bout with my sinuses and preparing for the big audition this weekend. That's right INDIANA UNIVERSITY!!! Wish me luck. I'm leavin early in the morning on Friday and auditioning midday Saturday. My classes have been unrelenting on me these past few weeks. I feel a times like a swimmer caught under a water current, unable to come up for air. There has been no respite, not even the weekends, which are filled with various rehearsals and other such work. For those of you who don't know IU is my first choice school. I've got to earn some bucks on my audition saturday if I'm going to be able to go there, though. I'm excited and oh so apprehensive. I mean, I've been looking to this day for months now. These two repetoire pieces have been in the works for over a year now. Which, I've been working on other things as well. I also have a concert this week I had sort of forgotten about that I was reminded of today in wind ensemble. I'm not nervous, though. I've got my stuff together in there. Oh, and on a sidenote, *three cheers to Rivers* haha... don't know why I did that. Soon to come, when all this stress time is over with, will hopefully be mini-pages for my friends and my bear Nixon. Perhaps not.. but we'll see. hmm... well writing here is making me feel a bit cheerier... In fact I feel quite cheery aside from the bad feeling in my throat. Oh, and my voice is coming back! yay.. hah.. anyway........ La vita e bella.... ahora... hopefully it will remain so in European history in a few minutes! *shiver* essay test. ick. I love history but not the stress that comes with getting grades in it. Well have a great day.. I should write on here more. oh I have poems to put up too.. heh.. sorry for the lack on introspection on this entry... just a little venting. Adieu! |
